Tom Crofoot got on his first bull 3 years ago. Two years ago he started competing in the Mid States Rodeo Association, NSRA, KPRA, URA, and any open jackpots or benefit events.  To ride better, he went to a bull riding school and cut back the rodeos. He spent a lot of his time on horseback, practice pens working on his technique, and entering open bull ridings.  

Tom sees himself as the new age Dave Samsel of bull riding, starting later than most riders he competes with.  This year he will be competing mostly in the BOA but will be entering in shows all over the mid-west and southern region. Tom hopes to make the BOA finals. He also plans to compete competitively in the CBR, SEBRA, and possibly the PBR in the near future!
