I currently go to school at the University of Nebraska Omaha and graduate in December 2011 with a bachelors degree in accounting and a minor in marketing. I plan on continuing to go to school to get another bachelors degree in finance, as well as continuing to take accounting classes to reach 150 credit hours, so I can sit for the CPA exam. I currently work at Lutz & Company, and my job duties are to prepare tax returns! I just started riding bulls a little over a year ago and I met my traveling partner Tom Crofoot at my first event. Since that night he has been a huge supporter of my bull riding career and has encouraged me to stick with it and make something great out of bull riding. I have been practicing a lot this past year and have learned a lot from a good friend of mine, Travis Marshall. He has been a great teacher and a great friend offering a lot of his time on his drop barrel as well as past videos of his rides to help me learn. I will be attending Terry Don West bull riding school in March and then Gary Leffew bull riding school in May. I’m super excited for this year and will be riding in Mid-States, BOA, and will be hitting up a lot of opens all around the United States. I’m stoked to be a part of such a great organization like Ride Rank For A Cure and will be setting up a lot of booths this year. I plan on learning a lot this year and looking forward to riding consistently and making the Mid-States as well as the BOA finals.
