Carter is a veteran of the United States Navy. After he finished serving his country he developed one of the fastest growing western clothing brands, Rank Bull Apparel. He is constantly using his blessings from Rank Bull Apparel to assist young, aspiring bull riders across the nation achieve their dreams. Rank Bull Apparel is the title sponsor for the Rank Bull Riding School where Carter uses his other talent as a bullfighter. Carter will be fighting bulls coast to coast in SEBRA and CBR events.
